How do you give Instructions?

Aquas seem so thorough in giving instructions. I mean literally step by step. Things I assume people know to do, aquas include in instructions.

For instance:
I'd say: "mail this letter for me" assuming you know how to do this (doesn't everyone).
Aquas say: Put this letter in the envelope, seal it, make sure the address is correct, put a stamp on it, open the box, put the letter in the box, close the box and make sure that flag on the box is standing up"

There is no question and no way to get it wrong. No excuses, I suppose. I know several Aquas and have listened to them give employees, kids, friends, spouses etc instructions/directions and they all are similar. I see some (mostly spouses and friends) seem like they offended at the simplicity as an insult, but I think for a kid/employee this could be a good thing.

What about you guys or any aquas you know?

At work they get me to write manuals because I'm about as thorough as they come. Down to the finest details. Not to say I think everyone's retarded but if you're gonna get it down right then might as well make it as detailed as possible.

It's even with pictures! Infact if I could make a video of how to do it I WOULD!
