Just wondering

Okay I hav so many questions, I am an aquarius obviously, people describe me as mean and AGGRESSIVE ( so dumb ) but im very quiet. I dont understand y they say that i agree with some things especially the agressive part but I dnt know y but i just dislike most people Ive met some aquarius like that but not alot. SO TELL ME ARE WE MEAN AND AGRESSIVE :-).

I'm an Aquarius female and yes it's true and I accept that but let me explain briefly what I mean by it's true.

I feel that aggressive is the same meaning as being self assured, when an Aqua know we just know and we can be FIXED in that knowing and won't budge thus to some that can come across as negative and/or aggressive, as for being mean well yes we are mean but again the meaning that people call mean for me is defined as being indifferent to others that I can't connect with, if I can't mentally connect with a person I'm not interested in them, I grow apathetic, disinterested, maybe even cold and stand offish. I define it one way and others define it another way which is completely okay.

I say own it, it is what it is....

They make up their mind about something based on some information and that's that, it's fixed like that forever. So when you try to inform an Aquarius that they might be wrong, calmly and factually - first they reject what you say and try arguing with you (which is normal and common), second step is personal attacks attempting to put you down and criticize you on issues that have no relevance in the current topic (not so okay), thirdly and finally they say "whatever, I don't care" - that's acceptance that you were right and they weren't but they brush it off as insignificant, even if you had just argued about it for hours. It's as if they are incapable of saying "interesting, you MIGHT be right".

The second part, personal attacks on your character, can be very mean, aggressive and biased. It shows the Aquarius (lack of) character. They are also most likely use their status, education and age against you, even if none of those parameters have any relevance when it comes to factual or logical content.

I've had arguments lasting hours where I clearly have more information and try to present my arguments as clearly and calmly as possible, only to be countered with emotional mainstream statements and resentment.

Aquarius people have positive qualities as well and their work ethic combined with brains is admirable, yet they can be incredibly small-minded and ignorant.
In my experience it came to a point where I couldn't even disagree because of the shit-storm that was about to follow.

OMG THAT IS SOOO TRUE, Its like we know alot of stuff without people telling us, like my ex's I would be like I know u hiding stuff from me cuz i can feel it and BAM I WAS RIGHT.

You're actually right, I misspoke. The thing is, in a friendly debate, being flexible is not a weakness. Taking political opinions personally is not a positive trait.

Well ive been called mean plenty and im definantely aggressive. Sometimes I can be very blunt and to the point. If I believe in something passionately then I can debate with the best of them. Now agression comes for me in many forms. I can be physically and mentally agressive. I can, however, regognize when I have an equally strong minded person that I am dealing with. Sometimes we just have to agree to disagree on subjects. Oh and... just because I change the subject doesnt mean you have changed my mind... but rather im tired of trying to change yours.

I don't think us Aquas are such horrible and mean people 😛 In fact I can usually tolerate people from all walks of life.

I will say that we are definitely standoffish and by that I mean if someone's cold or distant to us we do the same. If someone wants to start a debate with us and challenge our views we surely won't back down and we will win our argument to the point the other person caves and runs back to their mothers. And for all that makes us warm and affectionate we can become detached due to new shinies and I guess that would make us mean and aggressive.

And tiki is right the fact is if something or someone doesn't interest us, they plainly just don't exist in our world.

they have a keen perspective into a person's psyche, and they will go there to make a point. they come off as assholes, but to those that know and love them it's endearing more than not for they are the ones that will stand up to wrongs that most won't even try to oppose. i love aquas, except for the dumb ones that don't know their facts or lack comprehension. ive only come across one, but he was young and a druggy.

I think the mean part comes into play for me when I make sarcastic comments
I act like every one has thick skin sometimes and point out stupid stuff they do

Boom they instantly become irate... I usually tell it like it is but at least with an open mind I can always be wrong if proven so....

I think what it ultimately is Aquarius people or at least me.... I can't stand stupid people

^^ but if we're supposed to be the 11th of the zodiac, with pisces being the last of the wheel
and if...if we're blessed with certain gifts (I believe every zodiac sign is blessed with every placement/energy, even blessed with the gifts their families give them)
it is lack of integrity to hurt people because some of them have lack of impatience, as an example.
Sure we get bad days and we all get moody, and there are some who are super fixed (super opinionated)?
but looking into their perspectives is kind of looking into a spectrum of rainbows.

but still, we are only human. we are not perfect in any means. So i guess embrace the imperfections!

when someone pisses me off i find it really hard to get over it inside but my train of thought can be changed.....im a big believer in flipping the chess board when things dont go my way....its really easy for me to cut ppl off which is a great way 2 display on how stubborn i can be....I also know how to cut ppl to the quick I'm good at sizing ppl up and picking out their insecurities ...also being rude or outrageous is a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine ppl who know me well let me indulge.....sometimes i have a strong urge to be a cunt and I'm fine with that its a part of my charm.

That's a typical Aqua problem right here. You ASSUME you are right in that debate, all people are sometimes wrong - yet, you'd keep arguing your views even when proved wrong.
I'm a fierce debater when angry so I didn't run away, why do you again assume others are afraid of you.

depends how you view it. If it's an open discussion I'd be all ears but I'm talking about someone challenging my views. So of course I'd be a bit more passionate in defending it.

I don't actively seek these debates if I disagree with other people so I don't expect others to do that for me and if they do I at least expect them to know why I feel a certain way.

And what part of it was assumption? I was merely just saying I'd debate aggressively til I won, never said I wasn't wrong lol.
