I can't help but love the Aquarius woman...
Might help you relate to Aquas far easier having that particular rising but usually it's on a superficial level. I think it's more virgo+aqua intellect levels that form some sort of weird 'logical' bond.

Why do you find Aqua women scary?
If that's what you're looking for than find yourself a Cancer of Taurus. They're clingy and can always hear one out.

well taurus is dominant in my chart, and a strong 4th house placements. and i cry easily, and get wounded. i can't take the heat to be honest. but i avoid dishing it out either because you think about how one feels if they were to do that to you.
