My Aqua isn't feeling loved?

The other night I was getting off the phone with my Aqua BF and he sighed and asked, "Why don't you like me?" and I was a little shocked and confused. I told him, "Whaaaat? I don't just like you, I looooooove you.".

He said "Yeah...I love my mom, but sometimes I don't like her."

I don't know what he is trying to say. I show affection, I tell him how I feel. We're a LDR. I'm a Scorpio. I want to make my Aqua happy and make him feel loved AND liked.

it sounds a bit tongue in cheek; it's a true enough statement...like the ones we love? not all the time. what do you think hes getting at?

Maybe he's just down/depressed about something else & is paranoid about you all of the sudden

If you've really been doing your part, giving him lots of affection & showing him love like you claimed, there's no reason for him to doubt you

And if he is doubting you, I doubt it's b/c of something you've done/said. It's probably just him & a "funk" he's in right now.

Aquas get like that sometimes. When they're down about something, they may start questioning every thing. Good news though is that it's normally only a temporary phase...well unless he's severely depressed..in that case, this phase may last alot longer

Hm, well I'm not sure what he meant by it still, but it all kind of faded away. I realized I may have been drifting a bit, but things are good again.
