Hi everybody I need your help real bad! I met this aqua guy at work June of last year a week before I broke up with my ex. We work together but not see each other often because of our work schedules. Couple of months later after we met, I noticed that every time we were at work he tried to talk to me and get to know me better. Then some of my co-workers told me that someone likes me at work. I had the idea it was him not really sure that time. Well he told 2 of our coworkers to ask me if I was single. It was November when we started talking more and started calling each other on the phone, we talked about anything, and we were really comfortable with each other. That's when he admitted he likes me. He also knows about my ex. We started hanging out; we've been out about 5 times. A week after the first time we hang out, his dad passed away. Since then he's not the same. The last time we were out together was when we became intimate but we both decided not to do it so we stopped before something happened. After that he became totally different. He told me he's not ready for a serious relationship because of what just happened to his dad but he likes me romantically. He's not after sex either . I was very understanding and supportive of his decisions .We still talk once in a while but not hanging out anymore. It's more like his choice. I've been trying to move on several times but its not working. I tried to cut our contact by not talking to him at all. But after several days we end up talking again. At work, I would avoid him and be distant; then he would be worried about me and wanted to talk to me more. If I don't say anything or tell him everything is ok, he would be very pushy to the point that he would call me off work several times till I talk to him. He said he cares about me and I am his friend. He opens up to me about anything even sensitive issues or things he's not telling his best friend. I just don't understand why his actions are not very consistent. There are times he's there and times he's nowhere to be found. He even suggested dating other guys which I did but even the cutest, nicest guy I dated not giving me the same feeling I have for my friend aqua. The way he looks at me is different, people notice at work by the way he looks at me they can tell that he likes me (but we are not admitting anything to them). Please help me to decide if I should stick around or move on completely? Thanks
