Silence chirp chirp .. Someone help this Gem!

So me and my Aqua friend/ex-gf/special friend/i dont know what the heck is going on... have a trip previously planned for this upcoming weekend. She asked me to go with her, I agreed and so on so forth. She called me last week to double check if I had purchased my airline ticket and solidify travel plans. Back track, over the new year weekend we had a long talk about just being friends and allowing everything to flow. She told me all her friends they can go a month without hearing from her but when she comes back everything with the relationship is much better. She told me she just need time to figure out what it is she wants to do for herself and travel, since in her last relationship she felt stifled. She said we love each other, which is all that matters and if she ever decides to be with anyone it will be me.

Fast forward. We barely spoke last week, outside of solidifying plans, and we didn't text or anything during the weekend, monday, nor today. I am wondering if she is hoping I will back out of the trip or not? Does the silence mean anything or is she just taking her me time. I am fine with it, but I dont want to go on the trip if it will make things uncomfortable. Should I ask if she still wants me to go? I sort of dont want to because then I will come off as insecure and silly sounding. Should I wait on her to contact me or if I dont here from her by Wednesday just assume she has had a change of heart?

Any and all advice is welcomed!!

I'm no aqua specialist (though I've been dating one for half a year now) and I don't know anything about your girlfriend, but if we only take the astrological aspect into consideration, I'd say that you're fine. If you already talked about it a few days ago, no need to reconfirm what you already confirmed over the weekend. If you start going after her for a re-reconfirmation, it might bother her or been perceived as insecurity (stifling!)??_ Yeah, aquas are complicated sometimes, but they're not players (not all of them). If she said that you loved each other, it's what matters most, and believe me, it's super hard to reach that place. So once you get there, try to appreciate it for what it is. As a cancer, I really found it hard to let go of my insecurities at first. He drove me mad a few times (I never told him), but now, we're ok. It's a tough place to be, but if you manage to get over it, she'll appreciate you for your trust and peaceful approach to her even more. Let her figure things out, wait for that cool trip together and see where it leads you. If it's like with my aqua, you didn't even know you could even get there someday with her. You might be surprised.

Lol NZAqua you are so right and I know I need to chill out. I am admittedly a little frazzled because I'm out of my comfort zone. I'm not used to the sort of communication we currently have and never met someone as stubborn as myself. Well she does have moon in cancer and in the past I dated cancer son and it was horrible. I read somewhere venus and mars signs are important in relationships. Her venus is capricorn, mars scorpio. My venus gemini, mars taurus.
Anyway, I will relax, be easy and allow the situation to play itself out. Thanks
