Competing... :(

Why do I feel that everything I do is a competition at the moment? Is it because I don't feel in control?
I like competition when its healthy and fun but I feel like I'm having to prove things, make a point, and not to lose face.
I feel like people keep letting me down, disappointing me. It feels negative and I don't know why. I can't shake it off. Its all-consuming and I feel drained.
Please provide some positive vibes Aries people!! Is anyone else feeling this way? And how can I climb out of this hole?

O how I am in that same space right now!! It's like a need to feel self-sufficient and to be right at all times, so you don't lose any confidence, or if you're not as confident, you feel exhaulted slightly when you "win"! It's not always positive to be that way, if ever, but for some reason us Aries people need that reassurance from ourselves and others to feel important, or even needed in a sense. We like for people to depend on us, but still give us a run for our money to keep it interesting. To sum it up, we expect too much from others! We just need to be COMPLETELY happy with ourselves and not depend on others to depend on us and our intellect and we'll be fine. There are some signs that can keep us on our toes mentally and physically, but not everyone likes a challenge all the time--coming from another Aries Girl

It is negative because it feels like too much effort. Nothing wrong with competing but if you feel that in every facet of your life..yes, it becomes a control issue.

More sleep, more sports, more "let it flow" my dearest sheeples 😄
