Just a thought...
Aren't our birth charts determined soley by the time we were born? I mean, I guess you could say it was fate that you were born the day you were so you could relate to your parents. I personally don't feel like I inherited anything in that regard from my parents.

Do you guys suffer from bouts of depression quite often? I've had two depression spells this year, one the year before,
I've got Aries sun, Leo moon and a whole lot of Pisces in my chart. My dad is Leo and my mom is Pisces. Do you think it's possible we inherit some of their planets/aspects/houses or is this just coincidence? Anyone else with their parents' stuff in theirs? Kinda makes me able to relate to both of them easier and understand what makes them tick, I think. My father and I just seem to get along so smoothly and although my mom and I will have brief disputes, I can always see how she reaches the conclusions she does (except when she's got a bottle of wine speaking on her behalf. Then I just want to throttle her so I just leave).
I realize there may be all sorts of evidence supporting a big fat NO, but like I said... I was mostly just thinking out loud.
