Position of houses vs planets in houses

So I'm trying to understand my chart and I'm confused by the position of houses vs planets in houses. For example, my chart states that my sun,moon,venus and pluto (all scorpio) are in 2nd house. The position of the 2nd house is Libra. Is it saying that I have 2nd house in Libra or is it saying I have it in Scorpio. Can someone explain?

I hate it. I feel psychotic alot, it's miserable.

It means... Your 2nd house starts from Libra. Probably later degrees?
