Eh , I really can't answer this as a yes or no
I think we are all affected by each other's energy especially when sex is involved.
Even when someone is "closed off" I think they are still affected.They are just simply unaware.
People who are closed off are closed off to everyone including themselves.
Real harm is usually done to oneself and to others in this state.

I agree because from what I can decipher.....
is that when you're into the love making and you are happy and tingly making sexy love,
it's because you feel so happy to be with that person.
a good lay can be a good hand job. or a hand job with yourself....and you feel good too,
but that's better than being with someone who you feel nothing for...it's like having a stranger touch you who you don't want to be touched. (edit - also why would you want some weirdo touch you? ew) but no judgement....cause I know there's lots of people who do..soooo..whatever...
so in that line of thought, having a hand job with yourself is way better than a stranger.
but with someone you can share it with, someone you feel deep love, that is an awesome feeling.

Why even use that as an example?
Let's say a girl is a good kisser, doesn't mean she is gonna kiss any guy really well. She won't feel it for anyone. She may not kiss the guy as passionately if she were not to have the hots for him.
