About High-Tension aspects and Karmic Release.

How you do this depends on your inner inspiration.
My humble suggestion is to combine the techniques of Jesus and Buddha. You cannot go wrong when attempting to emulate such Selfless Souls. Jesus focused on Forgiveness. Buddha on Balance and Non-Reactiveness to emotional provocation. Adding to this is of course continued positive service towards any cause you love. Further, positive visualizations for as many people you know will burn off tons of karma. Our thoughts are also things in some other dimension of existence. You can look at simple H'opono pono philosophy to forgive from a Higher Plane, forgive on behalf of all ancestors and all past lifelines etc.
Life will become instantly lighter and new solutions will come, the more you work on the forgiveness component. Last but not the least: Unconditional Forgiveness of your own Self in each and every incarnation. This paves the way for Self Appreciation and acceptance of a better and better life, free from karmic debts.

Those with limiting belief systems will never grasp this due to the sustained negative programming in our planet, and have no option but to incarnate for dozens of lifetimes to clear the piled up karmic debts.

NOW, RELATE WHAT I'VE WRITTEN AT FIRST ABOUT PROGRESSED CHARTS, WITH THIS:
Humanity as a species is conditioned to spend thousands of years looking for a key to open their prison, but the prison door was never locked in the first place. The thought of spending so much time assuming the door was locked is so unnerving to the Ego that it continues to search for a key to happily be in denial of its foolishness.
I would go further in saying that a majority of our species would force the warden to lock the prison door if they knew it was open for such a long time.
~ Karmic Release -> Karmic Reward unblocked.

Please, do not use astrotheme so much. I have strong reasons to think astrotheme might be a very deceiving web page, focused in money making.
I'm saying this, because I read their interpretations about exact degrees.
Most of them have negative meanings, as a result, this will only lead to trick and deceive yourself. So, what I said before would make sense.

One last advice: Don't use Vedics, the real name for Vedic "astrology" is Sideral Astrology, which is more related to Astronomy. This "method" couldn't explain many external factors in our lives, like Uranus/Neptune/Pluto, midpoints, hidden objects, sabian symbols, etc.
Many, I mean, many Vedic astrologers may consciously or unconsciously trick you, through your own Ego.
And there's no such thing as "Werstern Astrology", Its real name is Tropical astrology.

It is theorized that all orthodox religions are a devious invention of these Archons [and even other belief systems like Conventional New Age, worship of celebrities, addictions, promotion of greedy corporate families that attempt world control through negative media reports, electronic pollution etc] to make us give our personal energy away to them, through idol or icon worship.
According to Gnostics, Jesus tried to break this hypnotic spell of the Archon's chief diety [Demiurge or Samael] who tricked Moses into seeking his help in return for sacrifices involving blood [so many passages in the Old Testament are evidence of the strange practices imposed on the Hebrew survivors from Egypt].

Putting all of this together, your karmic debts are influenced by the interplay of so many actors. Through good actions and positive thoughts, you may have paid off most debts, but this is precisely when the Astral Dark side will try to deceive through guilt, emotional blackmail and so on.
This is when you have to be at your strongest, and Know your Inner Immortal Spiritual Self. The Self that deserves to be free from karmic debts, free to be happy and positive and free to grow to Higher Levels. Free from all Astral and psychic parasites.
