No but I heard people are literally causing car crashes on the highway. Literally getting out of the car without breaking.

I just asked a few co workers one said yes she is on it. The other one said no but she was walking and a guy was extremely focused with his phone, and felted that he was trying to take a picture of her. She got nervous and then she said she saw him flick something on his phone and that was that.

Also there are some spots at work too.
