I know the standard conjunction, opposition, trine, square, and sextile, but what about Quincunx's?? Are they as important as the standard ones, or what? Seems like astrologers ignore this aspect all the time and I'm struggling to obtain information about it. "They" say it's like a confusion in directing energies. I have so many in my chart, and they are all of a an orb of two degrees or less and so I'm wondering how much attention and consideration I should give them. Like I have Venus inconjunct Pluto.. that's a pretty intense aspect and I'm wondering if it's as important as like a square or conjunction. I have Jupiter inconjunct Mercury exactly and it's just like, "Should I care about this because of the orb, or not because it's an inconjunct.

The inconjunct is considered an unconnecting aspect, like an itch you cant quite get too apparently.

That's how astrologers describe it.

I don't have an inconjunct in my natal but Ive had them in synastry, honestly I cant really feel this aspect too much, tbh it feels like a semi-sextile (the next sign before or after yours to the degree) that's about it, it never was as intense as an opposition or as crazy as a square, but maybe other people have different experience with it.

I like how it's described as an itch. Like you're aware of it, but it's not out in the open, but you still have to find a way to rid of it. I forgot what the Mercury Jupiter aspect meant, but I'm sure it's about overexaggerating almost to the point of lying to get an idea across. For as long as I remember, I've always been paranoid about saying something that isn't true or exaggerated and have been very aware of others exaggerating. I don't know if that's the inconjunct in my chart, but I'm just bouncing ideas.

And then another "itchy" feeling I had with a relationship I had with someone was over whether they were really abusive or not. In syansty their pluto was inconjunct my venus, and I accused them of a narcissist and being all abusive, but at the same time I wasn't sure if it was really true. It was just an "itch" that I couldn't get to it was like hidden. Once again just bouncing ideas.

Interesting observation!!! I once read somewhere the inconjunct to be a karmic astrological aspect. Maybe on some level the inconjunct gave you awareness to his narcissistic, abusive tendencies in another time, or with another person, or maybe even you in the past.
