BIRTH TIMES

On some of these sites that do celebrity charts with the planets and houses info available. How do they find out the birth time of these different celebrities? Is there somewhere online where you can legally look at birth certificates of a person and find this info out or something?

you can find almost anything on the internet. No you can't legally view someone else's birthc= certificate without a valid reason - but it may be on some obscure fan site, or it might be a celebrity that has had a chart done, etc....
