Cancer Moon Men and Interacting

Are Cancer Moons inconsistent when it comes to replying to messages and giving you their attention? I have been talking to someone who (from what I have been told) has a chart that compliments mine almost perfectly, the person who looked at the synastry said that we were basically "soulmates" - I obviously don't believe that but I did feel a wonderful connection with this person and I enjoy talking to him.

We have been writing each other extremely long emails back and forth for a few weeks, and he has always been consistent in regards to replying. He has said stuff like "I am so excited to be talking to someone like you" and "I never take connections like this for granted for they are very raw and very real". I believe that he is being genuine because he is a person who is very compassionate and I felt the authenticity.

He brought up the idea of hanging out (we went to school together years ago and haven't seen eachother in quite some time) and said that he would accompany me to events I was interested in (we both said we rarely find the right person to go with) and I told him to let me know if he wanted company to one he had mentioned throughout the last few weeks. He never said anything back though! Its odd because he is liking other things of mine through other avenues (videos, photos, etc) but he hasn't replied to an email that warranted one (we had talked about a lot of other things, and I asked questions, so it wasn't just a 'let me know' kind of thing.)

I guess I figure - why would someone say "Well if you ever want company to an exhibit or an activity you're interested in going to I feel as if we would have amazing conversation!". Maybe I misunderstood but it seemed like a prompt to hang out and talk in person and continue this connection. However, no reply. Its been a few days and it seems so unlike him. Its also confusing because he is interacting and liking Facebook posts and so on.

LOL-I know a Gemini Sun, Cancer moon person who's been inconsistent in his behavior towards me for five years. Cancer stereotypical moon moodiness maybe? Gemini sun's infamous two faces? I really don't know.

Do you have his chart? it would really help.

Especially with e-mails or messages on facebook I sometimes forget to respond in time. I just completely forget it. I read them and mark it as unread thinking I will reply to it later when the idea hits me.
It just happens that it can take up to several months for me to reply.

Still in my mind but I just need the time.
