Cardinal energy in my cub scout den

Kind of cool, but I just realized that my son's cub scout den, which I lead, is almost all cardinal signs, including me.

We have:
Me, Capricorn, den leader
my son, Libra
Aries
Cancer

I am not sure what the other 2 boys in the group are, but I think one of them is a Sag.
I have led this group for 4 years and I love doing it so much, I've always been impressed by what the kids have done in it, and how we all get along so well, and now I guess I know why.

Well it is very lively. We get a lot of stuff done. Focusing the energy is sometimes hard but that's just to be expected with 10 year old boys. I've been with them since they were 6, and there is just no stopping them. And there has never been one argument in all those years.

But what about other planets? And Rising?

Example: I am not cardinal sun and rising but cardinal is dominant in my chart.
