Dealing with insecurities.

Read this from an Asian context.

I had this nightmare.

We (bf and I) were in the club with our mutual friends and then this sag girl (that he dated before getting together with me) saw him and came over gave him friendly hugs and physical closeness friendly greetings and all.

I woke up feeling so angst. And have spent a few days entertaining "what ifs" thoughts such as "what if she wants him back?" "What if she acts damsel in distress to get his attention?"

Now I'm being all salty because of my dream.

s ridiculous as this is, it's also really frustrating ?

Dreams are just your conscious thoughts. It hasn't happened so you're wasting your energy.

You need to distract yourself and not let your thoughts dictate you.

It's just a fear, it isn't reality.

But I get you, sag chicks are pretty flirty and straightforward. If it happens, don't react because then she has power over you.

I agree with you, it's not reality. I got to get a hold of my roller coaster emotion and control it before it blows over!



How are sag girls this confident though? What are their vices?

I think dreams are good because it brought you to realise your insecurities.

You might have been in denial before the dream.

Or felt ashamed.

You needed to see it in your dream to take action on your thinking
