Do you still like or have a passion for astrology?

Just a random rant. 🙂

When i first came on this site it was because i wanted to learn more and i was really passionate about it and i thought it would help me understand myself more it did all that but i'm kinda bored with it now. And so many people argue over it and get really serious and judge people on there sign i mean i just can't be bothered with it its not that important and everyone has there own view on it which is good and interesting but you never know whats true and whats not there's just a hell of alot of egos when it comes to astrology that gets in the way of actully getting a good answer or even a general light conversation. But i do stay on here because i like hearing what people have to say and sometimes someone does say something that makes sense or is of use also its the best astrology site that i've been on. I'm just kinda sad that it doesnt entertain me anymore.

So, has this site or astrology in general made you like it more or dislike it?

I find it curious how you have worded this ... you make the implication that because YOU feel a certain way, that others must also.


You are bitching ... much like the very thing in which you say you didn't like about this place.


If you want to have it just about astrology for you, then it's up to you to make your reality for yourself, and not the responsibility of other people to talk astrology FOR you.

My likes or dislikes have to do my own personal preferences and absolutely nothing to do with what you or anybody else in here talks about.

If your favorite color of the sky is baby blue, and everyday you went outside to view the beauty of the sky and found it to be teal ... does this mean you will lose passion in loving the sky?


Makes no sense .... however, explains alot of why Aries find themselves forsaken alot, romantically speaking.


I think what you need, you being an Aries, is to get rid of the expectations .. you came here expecting people to be a certain way, talk of certain things ... and when they didn't, you became disappointed. In doing that, you actually rob yourself of really enjoying life, because you will forever be upset about what you didn't get, rather than embracing what you do get.

I completely 100% agree. I liked this site when people came here with open-minds & with minimal insight into their own signs. They were much more open & willing to learn, even if that meant taking criticism. But you're right, now there are too many egos involved.

Now, I can't even ask a general question about Scorpios (for example) without 15 people automatically jumping down my back & saying, "Why post a thread about Scorpios huh? Are ya trying to gang up on Scorpios? What makes you think Scorpios are this way huh?" & blah blah blah! It's like sheeeeesh! Forgive me for asking a simple question!

Then when your opinion about another sign comes from a place of experience, & if it differs from what others' experiences with that same sign, it's like WW3! People refuse to acknowledge/understand that everybody perceives things different; sometimes a million people can all perceive the very same thing differently. And when you tell them, "Hey look, I'm just telling you what I've observed from experience," they're STILL ready to jump down your throat & prove you wrong. Almost as if they're challenging what you saw/experienced altogether, simply b/c they can't/don't agree with what you've said.

Then there are the people who finally "get it" & are very deep into astrology. They have their minds made up about every sign. You can't tell them nothin'! They think they've got the signs down packed! People forget that there are other factors OUTSIDE of astrology that influence the stories/people we talk about/share on this site.

DXP is still fun for me, but moreso b/c I enjoy discussing a variety of different controversial topics on here. Now, I'm more quick to believe that each person's issues/circumstances comes down to the individual person vs. that person's actual sign. And I have to be that way b/c no 2 people will experience/perceive the same things even if they're talking about the same person or same sign. UGH!

You were so fucking upset about how close-minded people were in here and about how UNwilling they were to discuss and learn what you claimed to be your writings and teachings of astrology, but, in reality, were descriptions and evalauations that you copied and pasted .. and THAT was the ONLY reason people got up in your face, because you were lying ..

... that you made a thread crying to the dxpGod, asking him to make people listen to you when you talked.


Jesus Fucking Christ .... people can go into your history and read how when you got here, it was the complete opposite of what you just said right there.

If you're going to lie .. then you should probably delete this account and come back with a different name, so people cannot find out.
