Oh, my God, buy yourself an air ticket and come to Africa lol. Here they have herbs for him to not only love you, but to propose marriage too. Herbs to break up relationships eg. Your ex's current relationship. Herbs to make you an undefeated champ in bed lol. Herbs for EVERYTHING. I've heard that the effects arent long lasting and have to be revitalized every few months or so otherwise the "love" turns into hate and make the person to wanna physically harm you, like they see you and feel like punching you or REALLY punch! I also heard about the disgusting things that you have to mix with the herbs in order for the spell to be stronger. Most love potions here are ingested by the target, mixed with food. In the mixture with the herbs, some use varginal discharge or menstrual blood (your own) and other disgusting personal knick-knacks such as pubic hair, nails, EVEN TEARS lol (maybe you'll have to cry into a spoon for this one, haha)- all this is mixed and boiled together with the food he is about to eat. Believe me it does work, i've seen/heard people do it, BUT i think its cruel and people who do it have zero self-esteem. If a person doesnt love you then THEY DONT LOVE YOU, forced love is only temporary and you'll be always in fear, always reminded of its expiry date and whatnot. Its not worth it. There's someone out there meant to really love you... no fears, no refills only constant flows of real & true love. Its so nice to know you are loved for you and there wasnt any manipulation to gain the love. Its your choice.

Lol. Here in South Africa its not even a secret anymore, you see posters and pamphlets advertising just that. The sad thing thou is that, the guy may be given the love mixture thing, but really loves somebody else in his heart as a result he starts to feel/act confused. He may call his real love and want to be with her, but he wouldnt be able to be with her because what he ate controls his actions. It is also said that it acts as a truth serum or "tongue loosener", you will tell the person everything whether you like it or not.

I believe it in a sense that its everywhere here in Africa. There's no turning a blind eye to it or pretend it doesnt when you hear stories about it ALL THE TIME. Even as kids, if we played until dark, you'd hear the parents starting to yell and call us back home because they believe that at THAT time we wouldnt be playing "alone" alone, but with numerous of other dark forces eg. tokoloshe etc. Do i take part in it or practise it? No, because my pride wouldnt allow me to, my ego is too big to accept "hostage love" or faked anything.

Lol i get what you mean but its hard to believe otherwise when you live/grew up amongst people who have structured everything around this thing. Its better now because im grown and i can tell the difference between bs and reality, but it wasnt so as a kid, i was scared and believe everything i heard. I remember they used to say there was a monster staying at the bottom of the toilet bowl or pit and going to toilet was the scariest thing for me to do then lol. I would squat on the seat so i could see into the toilet or use a pail lol.

Its name was pinky-pinky or pinky-ponky lol. I remember when i was 5 or 6, there was huge number of missing children believed to be stolen by "herb men" so they could cut their heads, All they wanted was a healthy head... no sign of ringworms. This was no rumour thou, it was true, we were even warned by teachers. Hearing this i became so terrified that i stuck pieces of chewing gum all over my hair to make my head look diseases and hence become less attractive. My mom had to cut all my hair lol

My family has a long ancestry of practicing magick (not fluffing the word magic it's just easier for others to differentiate between magic as in pulling a rabbit out of a hat vs the raw spiritual energies and dieties). I think I'm biased in the way I've been brought up in that I don't actually believe black magick really exists. We tend to think of it as harmful magick because you're forcing someone to act a certain way.

In many Pagan (especially Wiccan) books and even from my mother, there's the golden rule of whatever you practice will come back to you threefold and this applies to 'black magick'. I guess we view black magick as something immoral and that you're forcing the the spiritual energies of others to behave a certain way so in that sense the three-fold law what you've taken away from someone will also be taken away from you. Think of it as Karma.

If you're not familiar with it I strongly suggest against it. It's really not an novelty item or trick. Part of the history is also having the willpower to believe it's usually used to better oneself rather and to strive for the positive energies and not as a simple tool to make someone fall in love with you again.

Aquasnoz, you seem to have vast knowledge in this so please help me get this... in African culture, love spells and potions are not things that you do ONLY once and they fall inlove forever & ever, you do it until you get sick and tired of them then stop... all goes back to normal at that point. Is the use of magick also a repetitive process as in the African kind?

Not too familiar with the African culture so I may have to look into it!

For me Wicca and Norse the act of conjuring magick, casting rituals and practicing spells is to tap into the spiritual energy. I compare it very much to willpower and believing. I've been taught apparently the very traditional way so no mass chanting or anything like that! So in that sense you carry that belief or that spell to keep your mind focused and clean of negative thoughts.

Not only believing in the realm of the good there's also realm of the bad so we need to recast a spell over and over to get rid of the negativity. I know Pagan roots date much farther back than any other religion so suffice to say they are very similar so I guess it's true you'd do it over and over and over again 😛

The threefold principle is somewhat interesting though. Again, I'd only dip a toe or toe into the waters when it comes to believing it, but on a more cerebral level it's there in writing for practitioners or such things so it's not like they can easily walk away from it. I guess having intentions that are true makes sense and anything outside of that well, there's a Monty Python sketch for all occasions I'd like to believe! 🙂

It is interesting to talk about, though I fear I'll anything religion related will start a debate 😛

To me when you view the Asian religions, beliefs in Karma and Reincarnation and the idea of Heaven and Hell is device much like the threefold rule. It functions much as a teaching to be kind and good to others. It's just a shame that a few movies came out with 'black witches' or even the show charmed (which I did like lol) lead people to believe witchcraft and paganism is such an obscure idea.

Bored or not, I think its sick & cruel and deserves jail time or something equally harsh. I know this one girl and her mother is a sangoma (witch doctor), she (the girl) has this guy under her thumb. He married her and dumped his HS sweetheart to be with her even thou they have a child together with the HSS. Now they are married and she has proplems conceiving ond when she does its never pregnant full term. All are either stillborns or miscarriages. The guy's ONLY child is with the HSS and there's nothing she can do about it. I think its Karma or something.

One day the guy, he is friends with my cousin brother, mentioned finding a glass jar buried in their backyard. Inside the jar were tiny pieces of paper (with his name and that of the HSS) drenched in faeces and herbs... that is a classic break up spell here. He knew what it is but he is still there. We all know he loves his baby mama but she has him strong under her spell. Its a shame and the HSS is a nice aries girl, a good person. She is devastated by the whole thing and she also tried getting him back with magic but i guess the other girl's one is stronger.

My cousin brother once slept with a girl, 1 night stand and had to be taken to jail because he stabbed her on the side of the neck with a knife (during their passionate night). He said he heard a frog like noise coming from her vagina. Some women are known to insert frogs or snakes to make themselves feel nice during sex. The penis actually enters the mouth of the reptile when it enters the vagina, imagine a blow job only its a frog or snake doing it and not a human. Women with those are said to be hotter than hot in the sack lol.

Here in my country it is believed that Xhosa women are the ones with snakes in their vaginas. My mother's side of the family is Xhosa. Another cousin of mine from my mothers side was dating a Venda guy, venda is an ethnic group and while she was pregnant she craved green apples & that infuriated + scared her bf because he said at the bar where he drank he heard that "the Xhosa women's snake" ate green apples! He screamed at her, forcing her legs open just to take a peek at the feasting snake lol. When she told me the story i laughed imagining her with a bag of apples between her legs with the snake jumping out every few minutes to grab one apple each time. The mental image of that happening is HILARIOUS.

For those who are interested in knowing about african love potions and read stories on the net about them, google the names of the love potions...

1. Korobela
2. Bheka mina ngedwa (its Zulu language meaning, "have eyes for me alone")
3. Ivamna (its Xhosa language meaning, "listen/hear me alone).

There's a funny blog by a guy titled, "why i would never marry a black woman?". Lol

Yeah it does. On the last one thou, you have to google its definition to get to the forums. I laughed so hard when i read a post by one guy who said a girl he was with gave him the "mixture" and couldnt understand why all his friends called her "swamp thing" because he saw her as being cute, but once it wore off he said he couldnt believe that he used to put his dick IN THAT lol. Some of the girls who have used it claim that a guy would quit his job tb with u 24/7, ask u for permission just to go to the toilet and he would wanna fuck 24/7 so u must have a vaseline to ease the pain because he would be unbelievable wild lol lol lol.
