Getting a Libra Moon to make a Decision!

how in the world do you get these guys/gals to make a decision?

damn...i was hoping someone had the answer cos i have a libra moon and would LOVE to know how decisions are made, lol!!

i find that even when i think i've made a decision, it's always open to change. makes me unreliable really. to compensate i try not to commit to anything so that i don't let anyone down.

had said scorp moon not been issued a full refund, said libra moon was getting his clothes bleached on "accident"

do i have to made him sad mad happy joyful? i want him to make a decision that is 100% his. how do i guide him to do that. sounds like im manipulating but only helpfully manipulating.
