I mean caps can give the perception of being hard working but actually acheive little. Aries can be hard working as well. Cancers rank high in being very successful. Saggis are entertainment juggernauts.

Forgot, scorpios have major focus and hard working..Pisces and geminis are hardworking musical geniuses. Virgos can hardwork themselves into a frenzy. Mars in taurus cannot be stopped.

Capricorn is always said to be that, but like DMV said I have yet to see them really achieve anything worth recognition. I think they're about average maybe they are just noted because of the potential they have they don't live up to.
