Those are horrible examples you gave there. Especially a friend that backstabs you. That's worse than someone cheating on you.

I'm not a forgive. You do me wrong and all ties will be cut. No if, ands or buts about it.

Quite likely. Tho, forgiving is one thing and forgetting is another. I mean, i did manage to forgive all the people that did me wrong up to this point (i don't like to hold grudges). But things did change between us. And with some - there's no going back (to the way things were).

I always forgive no matter how much a person hurts me. Mostly to find peace within myself. It’s how things end up after that helps me determine whether I want them in my life or not.

if its a friend i usually stay friends with them but secretly plan my revenge because i dont forget, i pretend that i forgive but i actually dont, things cannot be the same after trust is broken. end of discussion.

if its a lover who cheated, i cut them off immediately.
