How to look at your chart to identify problems and solve them?

I want to be able to look at my chart and identify things that I need to work on. How do I go about doing that?

The first thing I want to know is why I'm such a bad procrastinator, and really bad with time management. Where can I look to find these?

Aries are bad at finishing things, they start projects, and never finish.
As a Virgo, you probably have a need to do things, but your Libra mind (mercury) wants to relax. Very lazy libras. They hide it well.
Mars in cancer can be a bit childish, but also defends himself well, and protects family.

Venus and jup in scorpio are great, for you, mature, capable, potentially harmful. Need to merge with people, completely, consume them, if they mess this up, or dont let you, you hurt them bad.

Saturn Pisces gives a broad mind, you can be charitable, unpredictable, mysterious.

2 cap placements, serious acheiver.

@starwars, not really, cap and virg work together as realistic and successful signs.
Aqua rising brings originality, poetry, progressive ideas, you come across as an eccentric or artsy person. Or one of the "cool kids".

Sun, Jupiter and Rising gives you a part if the tenth house called urgency and procrastination. On astro.com I think it's called part of medicine. It's found for you on astro.conpm whichever house that point falls in, the ruling planet if that house and the house that planet lands in are usually the areas of your life you want to ask yourself more questions about to come up with answers on where to move forward.

I can't find it. Can you explain where exactly I can find it, or link me to it?
I feel like I've seen it before but I have no idea where to look, and I feel like I searched pretty well :/

Look at any squares that you have. Those will create tension between two planets.

These are my squares:

Mercury Square Mars 0°49
Mercury Square Uranus 0°06
Mercury Square Neptune 1°55
Mars Square Ascendant 2°04
Uranus Square Ascendant 1°21
Neptune Square Ascendant 3°11

It seems like a lot of squares but idk the average amount of squares a person has in their chart. How do I interpret this?

Nevermind, it's not your whole chart, just 2 placements, it brings some fun and strength to your personality 🙂 You know it's that procrastinating part...but it also gives you charm.
