I posted this in the relationship board, but I wondered if any of you guys have ever done it. Anyone ever deliberately scared someone away just so you could let them go? Like send Adele songs to Gemini you know doesn't want a relationship ha ha ha. I know it is messed up, but I am sick of thinking about him and the cycle of tag your it. Anyone ever do this? What was the situation and how did they respond?

We aren't together he doesn't want s relationship but we can't stay away from each other. I want him to be mine but I'm not gonna waste my time hurting anymore.

It did backfire. We talked most of the night after I sent him the song. My goal was to smoother him until he got flighty and left because I can't leave him as well.I love him but he only wants one thing and to be friends he knows I want a relationship. We had the conversation again last night and he said "I do care about you, but I just like being single.", plus I have a kid and he said it would be a lot for him to take on in a relationship. Which I get and I understand, but I'm like damn then why can't we just be friends without you trying to thrown your lips against mine. I have never tried to resist someone so much in my life.

He is great with kids and loves them I have seen it, but I don't want to be in a relationship with someone who isn't sure how to handle, but I was trying to scare him away because I have tried to tell him to just leave me alone because I need to let go of my feelings before we can truly be friends and he comes back every time. So that is why I tried to smoother him away he only got closer. He is a Gemini with Cancer Venus and Mars, and Scorpio Moon.
