I've heard that the earthquake, which is devastating, has shifted the earth's axis 4 inches. It doesn't sound like a lot but wouldn't this affect the orbit of the earth? I'd assume the earth's axis change would shift astrology. (regardless of whether it was followed, it would definitely have an affect.)
