im supposed to be a ophi what ever and i read that round up and only about a third if lucky sounds anything like me wears bright colours my entire wardrobe consists of black and blue if lucky. when ans why did this change in dates happen?

just erad on another site that you cannot be a ophi unless you were born after 2009 thank god ive got 3 Sagittarius tattoos on my arms lol
