New Scorpio co-worker..

Doesnt fit into our business at all! We run a bookshop, a pretty relaxed one at that and he can't seem to handle the laziness & quirkiness that comes with it. Work with a relaxed Capricorn, Taurus & Libra.
Tension is beginning to rise as Taurus manager can't deal with the probing questions. She's a chilla, likes to go out and party .. and has no time for the existential melodrama that pour of out his mouth. None. She said it pisses her off. (Usually don't click with Taurus but her and I seem to have quite a similiar mindset towards certain things.)

Libra feels he's ridiculed her for her lack of university degree, Capricorn & the list goes on.
With me, like with all Scorpios it feels like we're running rings around each other. The probing questions I can usually reply to with an indifferent answer, but the staring is too much!
I figured he was a Scorpio straight away, because he came here with a 'plan'.. pretty intense about working and doesn't seem to just go with the flow like the rest of us. Needs a purpose. And the dark eyes.. oh the dark eyes. Said he had a 'rebirth' two years ago and that he's an Eagle.. not a snake..blahblah.

I think it's just funny to see the differences in his persona, against all the rest of us and I think its more him being the odd one out.. so blatantly, rather than a Scorpio that makes me uncomfortable.

Sounds like he's in the wrong business to be acting intense.

He showed up at work today in a full suit, shirt, tie.. (we usually wear casual comfy clothes) got offended cos' I was running out of the door to meet my friends.
And yeah.. she's a very relaxed, chilled out type. Not really interested in money, or working hard or .. much really. Likes music, sandwiches, getting stoned and talking about sex! Quite funny.

And yeah.. our aim is generally to keep the shop tidy, do any work needed (usually a delivery) and for the remainder.. just sit down and talk. He's baffled 😛

god damn libras... i love them and always seem to be attracted to them but many i have met have this fucking pretentious, elitist attitude. that was one of the things i couldn't stand from my libra ex. then he wondered why he wasn't very popular with ppl after they got to know him. he refuses to acknowledge this side of him too. he seriously won't befriend a person if they haven't done much with themselves even if they're really good ppl and are good friendship material. what's even more sad is the ppl he befriended with higher status have all stabbed him in the back and manipulated him in some way. sorry, when u mentioned the libra ridiculing taurus for lack of college degree it struck a chord within me.

scorpio was taking the piss out of taurus & libra for their lack of college degree/general things. Should have phrased it better 🙂

I'm guessing he wants to used his time 'productively' ,dunno about the shirt and tie gubbins, but he kinda has a point if he wants to learn stuff, and everyone else wants to just toss it off and mess around (I think a little of both is always welcome, personally)..
But coming into work all suitd and booted if you don't have to ?? hmmm, maybe he's looking for more responsibility ??
I have an idea, let him do all the work, and you guys sit around,smoke spliffs and talk ?? 🙂

ha.. there is no work to do. I can't really convey it on the internet.. but lets just describe it as a tiny, informal bookshop which generally involes sitting down and talking to the customers..
