hehe! TMV stelliums etc confuse me... I'm not yet very wise in astro ways!

But if its anything like my Schrodinger cat of a NN/ rising then you have my sympathies 😛

Schrodinger's cat is an excellent analogy for this problem lol. Kudos for thinking of that.

The way I've come to understand it, a planet's *karmic* energy is linked to the house it's placed in so that it only really becomes activated when you're using that house [ability]. Since I have a four planets in the 7th house that's a lot of focus on partnerships, contracts, legalities, "open enemies", etc. to get all of those working properly. The downside to stelliums though is that they can also overload and shut down when so much energy is focused on a small area. Kind of blowing a circuit breaker.

So, basically, I'm left with a seesaw of karmic action between the black hole of energy sitting on the 7th house/Libra end of my chart and the 1st house/Aries that I'm supposed to be moving towards.

*sigh*

Anyway, I've been chummy with a handful of Aries Moons that brush up against my NN, and since I also have Jupiter in Aries that generally handles well. Anything that activates my Venus will automatically light up my SN too since I have the conjunction there, which is supposedly indicative of past-life foibles with love. Something that was left unresolved to be taken care of in this lifetime.

Your post got me reading-- and I got stuck on the fact that I have Pluto square both nodes. 😕

Anyway, this article has a lot of info on your South node (which may show a correlation to your 'connection'):

** Link.

This is in ref to the natal chart.

Astrology and Reincarnation

A planet square the south node represents a person, circumstance or issue
that crossed, vexed, afflicted or undercut the intentions or needs of the person
in the karmic past.

It is therefore an issue left unresolved from the past, which presses for
resolution again in the present life.

Planets square or opposed to the south node often represent kinds of people we
must learn to stop hating, judging and rejecting, or we will reject the very parts
of ourselves which we need if we are to go forward on our journey.

There's more to it than just that-- the article covers a lot of ground.

Sloooowly getting there TMV!

so, sort of in a round about way... I have Aqua in the first/ south (Aqua/ 11th house= friends = mars and neptune in sagi) so my lesson is that friends & fortune are going to be weird and hyper? hehe...

I'm lost again... 😄

Geez- as if love life wasn't hard enough without past life foibles raising their warty old heads?!

Do you find NN or SN connections easier to deal with?
My partner happens to have those same placements.
My moon conjuncts his NN at 0 degrees, my venus conjucts his NN at 7 degrees. Our venus are exact opposites though. Still trying to figure out hat all of this means.

Mmm, my answer might change depending on which day it is lol. Most of the time I think I tend to favor the NN connections. It's kind of like the people that activate that side of me bring out some of my better qualities and push me to keep moving and improve myself. I like that more than a SN connection that can feel like it's a little too comfortable and stalls out.

That's just me though.

And I wouldn't worry too much about the oppositions. Sometimes that axis dynamic can be more positive than expected.

LOL They might be a little quirky. I imagine they might be optimistic and energetic more often than not, and maybe have creative streaks and fair minds. On the plus side I've seen having the 11th house ruler in the tenth noted as a fame aspect. Not to assume like tabloid cover level fame or anything but perhaps general popularity in whatever social circles you wander in. Friends will help you gain notoriety, and vice versa, you can help others gain status.
