worst bosses

Capricorn. They micro manage. Their cheap and like to create chaos out of the simplest shit. I work in an office and have experienced both male and female capricorns in charge. Please prove me otherwise. Most generous bosses I've had have been aries and pisces.

Best boss- Sags. Always awesome. They're like the guy or girl that throws a halloween or Christmas party at work and would be cool with you if you screwed up.

I'm having some serious work issues with a Cap woman. She isn't my supervisor but is a higher position than me. She is the worst micro-manager I have ever dealt with! I'm thinking of putting in a formal complaint because she is listening to my conversations and then emailing me or butting in on my work when she over hears something she thinks she should comment on. Serious control issues.

Who would be the best boss? I don't know. My direct boss is a leo. She's on top of her shit but she does some things that are unprofessional (ex having an obvious favorite team member, not treating us equally, talking about another team member to one of the others) I would think a libra would be good, but I hear they aren't

Cancers are too fragile, too tender. They don't have the guts to lead. Pisces are better.

there are many cancer 'leaders'. they are a cardinal sign. i just havent seen a good one.

anyone have a virgo boss? i take it they would fit well as a good boss,no?

I agree with you, nothing to do with tender and I know he does always care about himself, but working with him is better than others. I have liberty at work, like cancer mean family, he lets their children work if they trust them.

I think cancers can lead very well, cause it's all about the unit, they might have problems in helping others professionally though, because they hate losing staff.

I agree with this too. My boss had to let go some workers because of higher orders and it was a pain in the ass, he has all team sycronized to do all best. We were/are the best team in all company, most of because of him, because the way he leads.

Neverless, he always think of him first, he ascendend very high now, he is not my direct boss anymore (he is boss of almost everything now). But when higher questions come out our team comes alive again because he knows what we capable of, he simple will say the person he trusts will be in the project and he knows we will put it to work like a charm.

My current boss is a female Virgo and she's really laid back and let's you do you're own thing but she's by the book.

The pisces boss I had was nothing like a pisces. He was always on my back and didn't take any bullshit from lazy workers. I respected that. Aries boss was very disorganized but treated her staff well.

At first thought, I don't think virgos make the greatest bosses. Maybe If the company was extremely detailed orientated or the boss had a high pressence of aries in his/her chart. It seems many virgos work behond the scenes, own companies and pick out the most suitable person to be in charge. Or just good workers. The majority of bosses don't give a shit about details they want the work done fast = profit.

I had a Leo supervisor who was a micro-manager.

I think I told him to fuck off once.

Now, myself, I always befriended my staff. Although I would smack them upside the head if need be (literally - wtf u doing? *smack*). They wuved me though. They always knew they could come to me no matter what and I would support them or tell it to them straight.

Don't think I could handle Libra bosses. My experience in other parts of my life is that they will deny responsibility for trouble even when confronted with hard evidence.

And nobody likes a micro-manager but you have those in all signs.

I remember coworkers trying to figure out why it's so tense at work. Its them.

I don't care what sign you are just tell me what you want and leave me alone to do it. If I have to endure you being a troll all day long about my job, you better be paying hella good money to put up with your annoying ass all day long. If not I'm out. I can find plenty other jobs for a clean cut white dude with no criminal record who does what he's told to do.

^ agreed. i have learned that no matter who is my boss i hate to be told what to do and be micromanaged. With that said, i have a slight problem with authority lol.
If I can respect you as a boss and know that you are being fair, that is all i ask for.

Worst boss I had/have: Cancer (female). Best boss I had was also a Cancer (male). Female is a micro-manager. The male just told it like it was--no matter who it was (even me one time and I was his second in charge). I liked him because he was honest.

sadly everyone somtimes I feel like my virgo friend insults my intelligence.

One of the best bosses I had was a cap male. Smart, witty, and always paid 4 lunch.

I hate to to say this, but they were all women and Aries...totally cold and unaware of how they were treating their staff.

One of them brought a tough Saggi woman to her knees..she crumbled like a sandcastle 😢..she tried the same treatment with me, but i didn't let her get the better of me...i left the job and then threatened her with legal action..apparently she backed down after that

I'm not really sure. I have had great managers. Some were ok. One bad one he was an aqua and one horrible New Mexican..don't know her sign but she was a bitch.

The best managers I've had was a Aries and a Leo. The Aries gave me a chance and then took me with her when she left. The Leo was always so sunny and Positive.
