Relieving stress from a break up...

I usually keep myself going - doing whatever will make me think less of him/us/break-up: hanging with people especially those who can take it if I get an urge to unleash my feelings, write, doing as much physical work as I can etc... If drinking, keep myself away from mobile phone or FB. Don't like to be alone in these times, but if I feel like being alone and crying, I do it... Cry out what you have and do it intentionally. It is a process but eventually it will fade away.

Sometimes I would write about it to myself, as it comes to my mind, then by starting to reading it some of the things I said/wrote would seem to me silly - I would start looking at it objectivly.
