The Leo and Rejection

What are your experiences with rejecting a Leo? If you are a Leo, how do you go about being rejected?

He played it cool. He insulted me but he used humor.

He told me he would burn my life to the ground, destroy everything I have. He told me he is eleven, not ten steps ahead of me. He told me he us having me watched. He told me I cant live without him. Several major issues came up in my life that he may have caused. A week and a half after my rejection he texted me, "hey just checking in, making sure you are okay" all casual. I did not reply.

Well I have Leo Venus, so in terms of love I definitely do not handle rejection well. For example if I am in a relationship and get rejected it takes a huge hit to my Ego and then I start questioning my worth in relationships, I also feel I need validation that "it's not me" or I need to feel like I am rejecting them. I would imagine a Leo sun is not much different in relationships. Also depends on other factors though.

Leo sun, merc and mars.

He didn't say much at first. Later he texted me all my shortcomings in life and tried to put me down. Threw the things I confided in him with in my face.

Much later he texted apologies.




Wash, rinse repeat.

Sheesh, pride and ego. Thank God I am Cancer to combat that. What a jerk move :/

You don't have to ask. Just scan the Leo board (Scorpio board too) and you will see the dramatic "woe is me" rejects.

There was a Leo, my senior, that was interested in me.. But I never communicated back. He was persistent for a while and just moved on... Like I didn't exist 😛 ..he was a sweet fella, sent me sweet messages, made me feel like a princess. Very masculine/aggressively sweet though...somewhat scary lol. I respect how respectfully he just backed off..

I'm curious what his moon n mars were?

My Leo was too persistent after me telling him to break up cos i needed some time to figure out my emotions.. told him i dont love him the same way (I know.. crap.. but i have broken up with my ex before meeting my leo.. so i didnt want to think its just needing someone.. wanted to make sure i truly love him)..

anyway he told me the way i talk n look at him show otherwise.. later he was texting me persistently until i told him to leave me alone .. he backed off.. for two weeks.. i dont remember him texting me during that time.. maybe just how r u or so..

anyway we are now together : ) .. i appreciate that he gave me my space

I think there's a difference between Leo sun, Leo moon and Leo Venus in this way. I'm a Leo sun and my boyfriend is Leo Venus. I have broken up with him before because this is the second time we have dated and he flipped his lid on me and there was a huge display of dramatics and insults and apologies and more. A close friend of mine has Leo moon and she is seriously impacted by rejection as Leo moons emotional health sort of thrive on appreciation and admiration (not that anything is wrong with that). My Leo sun makes me so proud that i would rather be poised and diplomatic than allow anyone but especially the person who is rejecting me to know what is happening for me internally.

I am a Libra with Leo Rising and I don't take rejection well either, my ego gets bashed but if it is someone I really care about my Cancer moon sulks about it. I think I would have died of heart break by now if it wasn't for my optimistic Sag Venus
