Well I think your problem is not actually related to Chiron.
If what you want is a healthy and functional relationship, then your problem is not in that aspect.
Your natal Venus squaring Chiron is not telling you an "inner" problem, It's not about you. It's not also a problem between you and your partner.
*That square is telling "external issues" that might happen. But I'm going to talk about that later.
Most important placements in your chart (related to love) are:
1. Mars and Venus (this last one partialy)are in a intercepted sign (enclosed in 7th house).
A planet in a intercepted sign can't express by itself freely, and when we see this aspect in a natal/composite chart. We should use the midpoint method.

I like to think of Chiron as an opportunity. Once that "wound" is acknowledged you can work on nursing it and then using it to help others.click to expand
The using it to help others part I definitely get. It's just the whole wounded healer part of the mythos behind Chiron. Able to help others but never himself.
