Un-returned E-mails :-(
Sometimes it bugs me when I write a long letter to someone and their reply is overly simplistic. In that case, if it happens more than twice, I resolve to no longer pour my heart out to them. Unreturned emails, yes. Longer than a week is not good. Depending on the person, I am more eager to hear back quickly from certain people than others, and then I feel shafted when I keep checking my email excitedly hoping to hear from them and I have "no unread messages".

No, it doesn't happen to me but VENT, you have every right to!
Oh freak man, if you (Phoen) have really poured your heart out to someone and they're not returning your emails or are blasse about them, treetrunk them...
These people are business asociates, one male friend in NY and one male acquaintance/friend I used to work with 5 years ago. The business associates were former bosses. I just think of it to be unprofessional of them to not return E-mails. My messages are very cordial, to the point and I don't ramble on. I just don't understand some people. I can imagine not returning a phone call--but to not return an e-mail--you have to be pretty lame.

i know I know... It sort of like ping pong for me. I write one, he/she writes one back, then I reply, then he/she replies, etc etc. But once someone forgets to reply and then can't remember who last wrote who and it's even harder when you remember e-mails but not names or remember what that last letter was about everyone just keeps asking everyone what's up and how are things going arrgg! You know, that sort of thing 🙂
They still haven't returned my E-mails so I'm going to send one to them again--perhaps even call them by phone. If they don't repsond to me in any shape or form, then I'll just consider them as lame.
