I have Venus/Pluto/Saturn in Libra so yes to staying.
I can imagine if I had only got the venus in Libra I wouldn't mind flitting from flower to flower because that is what Venus in Libra does. It wants to be freee. But this placement is a couple-up placement. It can be/ is loyal to their partner.

Thanks guys. This is very helpful. I wonder how this venus would be when places with a fire sun and moon.. hmmm
