Well from my personal experience, it takes a few relationships to know when you've found love. I had two long term relationships before I met my current boyfriend, neither of which did I feel this way about. I think you need to have some loving feelings for more than one person before you realize that one just absolutely floors you. If you have nothing to compare it to then it's easy to think that the first one is real love.. Until you end that and meet another and are just like.. Woah.. these feeling are completely different.

For me I found that it was more in how the other person treated me and felt about me. My current boyfriend looks at me and touches me unlike any other. He pierces right through my soul and I can feel his love for me radiating off of him when we are close and looking into one another eyes. It's sweet things like kisses on the forehead and cheeks, walking me by hand to my car door before he gets in the passenger side, sweet and simple gestures that you can tell are genuine and not for show. Making love is a big indicator for me as well. I've never had someone look me in the eyes so much as my current boyfriend and it just completely melts me. Soft touches and ughh, it's hard to describe. You just feel it, and you will likely feel it more than once. But one WILL outshine the rest, and you will know when it happens. It's in their eyes!



This is great. I can't seem to keep a relationship going or I just detach myself from them after I feel I am done, obviously they weren't worthy of me 😉
I won't chase anybody. Sounds like you have found it... such a grand thing to share 🙂

That being said, relationships are NOT easy. This one has been much more difficult than the rest, but I guess that's how you know you've found that special one. You deal with their crap and work on things together because the connection you have means more than anything else. My other relationships were not as stressful as this one is at times, but the feelings are there ten fold!


Thanks, that actually means a lot. I guess I wasn't meant to have one at this time.

An illusion. Something people want you to believe exists so that you go looking for it. Something like the holy grail. And when you do finally find it it stabs you in the heart.



Then you haven't found the right one or she isn't ready yet.
It could even be that you aren't ready yet.
All things that are meant to be will work out in some way at some point.

It just isn't the right time, you need to focus more on healing yourself and your own needs 🙂
