Do you make it known that you're into astrology?

- How long do you wait before you ask someone their sign and/or birth information (for a chart)?

- Do you let people know that you're into astrology? If so, what do you say?

I'm the only one in my friends that is into astrology, so sometimes feel like the odd one out.

I rarely share with anyone that I'm into astrology. I usually don't worry about Asc.. it's too weird to just slip in Heyyy what time EXACTLY did your mom pop you out? into casual conversation. Most people have no clue anyways. The five personal placements provide lots of info and what the houses and aspects reveal is pretty damn intimate in my opinion, I don't need to know that much about most peeps.

I'm WAY creepy about it. I observe and guess and then stalk their fb or something for bday and pull their chart (minus Asc obv) but never tell them because uhm, Im a total weirdo.

It always seems to find a way out. Everyone close knows I enjoy astrology. I have a huge amount of hobbies, so it blends in with all the other odd or normal things I'm in to.

I brag about awesomeness dxp quite a bit ^_^

I didn't wait and was kinda blunt about like so anyways.. what's your starsign? He didn't even know LOL. Then asked his birthday oh that makes you a Crab, his response: does it? oh ok. He respects that I am into it actually once sent me a pic he took at work from the newspapers with horoscope forcast but took both Sag and Scorp he wasn't sure which one I was lol. Other than that, nope he's the realist 🙂

I hear you 🙂 same here I often felt like they'd find me weird. But then they like it that I don't care being the weird one lol.

I have a few female friends that we sometimes discuss astrology topics with in terms of the things we deal with in life and how our Sun signs typically react to those events. I've even discussed this site with them and some of the funny comments made & have a good laugh. However, I do have 1 platonic male Gem friend that also believes in astrology....he always tells me he's an "old Gem soul from another time and has been here before" & pays very close attention to full moon days because of its effect on him, which I think is pretty cool that he has a bit of an open mind.

Nope! Only two of my friends let me talk about it with them.

I brought it up in my ladies small group from church 😱 and that was the last time I mentioned it to them..

Did they shame and tsk tsk you because the Bible says astrology is bad?

Sometime ago I started to add to my hobbies in my job appplications.
One time I was aked, hummm astrology? explain to me, I dont know nothing about it.

With closer fiends or co-workers I make them know by asking by birth date and the other data to confirm and understand better their personallity.

I always try to indirectly find out somehow 😛

I'm lucky most of my friends are kinda into it. But don't realise it goes beyond sun and rising. Lol

But they're all quite happy to discuss it and look at their charts.

As for strangers I give them about half an hour before the "when's your bday?" Question is popped lol if they ask why I tell then the truth. Which is, that I'm nosey 😛 lol

I don't ask. The information comes out eventually. The year of birth usually comes out first ("how old are you"), day and month comes out at some point ("my birthday is coming up...")

I don't hide it, but I don't talk about it openly. No different from most of my other interests.

I wasn't into astrology until a few years ago. Knew very little beyond the basic info, so it was never a topic of conversation in the past. If it does come up now I simply explain my interest in human behaviour and I view astrology as just another means of understanding people. I tend to engage people that have a strong desire for knowledge like I do and they can usually appreciate that explanation.
