i had interactions and i see he likes me but he likes feminine woman. and confident . he is surrounded by party strong women.

i am usually blocked by his female friends becuase they are more loud, drink like men and smoke like men. im not like that but he approaches me when i am more fragile.

Ok as a Virgo sun and mercury, and Libra Venus, there is a few general things I want to point out. First the obvious, he is surrounded by woman but is "with"none of them. There is a reason for that. He treats you differently because you are different, love. You being you is what attracts him so don't worry about others. Libras love companionship and giving attention. In Venus we love giving the loving kind. Flirt, seducing. Making others laugh, etc. Like a social dancer or entertainer. Honestly it's a lot of fun. The downside is if you go to far people catch feelings. There is a song called Jar of hearts. That hit home for me. That earth moon means he does take things seriously at some point. I have Taurus his is Capricorn. Though without the birth time he could have a bit of Sag or Aqua in his emotion mix.

Secondly, if you are interested go ahead and open up and flirt back. Just don't be rude to his friends be polite but focus mostly on him. He will get the hint. Weird, i feel sadness in his eyes that is covered with a quick 'outside happiness'. Its very intriguing.
