I believe that talent is more important than people typically say, at least in artistic professions. "10% talent, 90% hard work", naw. I'm not buying it. But percentage aside, one doesn't go without the other. Sun Tau. Jup Sag.

Most people who are talented give bare non effort, hey it's good enough.
vs someone who isn't talented yet works as hard to be as proficient as the talented person.

So it usually ends up in a draw.

A talented person who is hardworking will become iconic, for sure.

I don't know why anyone would work hard on something they have no talent for, unless they're in a position where they have to for existential purposes. But I sure see it in everyday life.

Sole hard work with little to no talent might show results with a lot of time, patience and persistence. But when someone talented comes along they're gonna reach the same level and beat it much quicker and easier. That's what talent is. Taking it in quickly and doing it with ease. The talentless hard worker will eventually bite the dust. Talent + hard work + luck is the success combination though.

Some folks simply "have a knack" for something naturally. You don't work hard to gain talent, that goes against it's definition. It's innate. A predisposition to be very good at something.

I think Talent seems to be more important than Hard Work nowadays. Personally I appreciate hard work; it's just that at times, it doesn't seem to be enough.

Both talent and hard work. For example, I'm pretty artistic (and so is my dad), or so other people keep on telling me. I don't really get up and start drawing all that much, but I've practiced a lot when I was younger (I hardly ever draw anymore, since I don't like it all that much). With how much I drew in my younger years, I got better and better at it. I took a drawing class when I was in high school, and it taught me how to draw more realistically than I did before I took that class. So I think its a mixture of talent and hardwork.

So I'd say both. The thing is, when you hit this point where your dreams start to manifest, you are working with a lot of talented individuals, with slews of strengths and weaknesses, and a host of potential. The only way to outshine them is to work hard imo.

Both but hard work is more noticed in some jobs and talent in others.

Talent without hard work doesn't get you very far. I'm a smart guy and that certainly got me through school but without hard work I will just fall flat on my face in some areas.

Yes, I consider myself rather lucky, my rising and part of fortune are also in gemini.

I work hard for what I've accomplished. Nothing was just handed over.

Random cause I want to keep asking what everyone sun sign is and Jupiter. Sun is what describes you in character and personality.. Jupiter is talent and expansion of the mind. I suppose. In my experience, if you have 10% talent and 90% hard work, you will be at the helm of any industry and/or any profession. If you have 90% talent and 10% hard work, you'll be working for those who has 10% talent and 90% hard work.
