Which Signs Do NOTGet Along/DO Get Along? And WHY?

Hi all,

I have been into astrology for soooo long and I have come to make certain observations about signs that always bump heads and wonder why they do. Over time I see these signs don't get along and for the following reasons....Let me know what you think, do you agree/disagree? Have any others to add?

SCORPIOS and GEMINIS do NOTTT get along at all----I believe this happens because Scorpios see Geminis as too superficial and competitive. They also see them as lacking depth, being too emotionally cool and uncaring/insensitive. Also, I think they both have sneaky ways of doing things but the Scorpion doesnt respect the Geminis way of approaching things in their way...Water doesnt respect Air I don't think...what do you guys think?

on a more positive note, I find that LEOS and PISCES have a very good relationship and get along very well in friendships. They are THERE for one another and understand one another...what do you guys think?

VIRGO and LEO- do NOT get along very well....they can have very good humor in relationships but Virgo has a problem with Leo flamboyance and Leo has a problem with Virgo being so critical and subtlely acting as if they are better....which pushes LEo even more to prove that they are not better...

SCORPIOS and ARIES man/woman relationships are FATAL....they are VERY drawn to one another but it NEVERRR works, yet still they can't seem to stay away from one another but they are like night and day...Aries are selfish while Scorps are very giving and Generous, Scorpio brings Aries insecurities to the surface...

Capricorn and Geminis----This is good but bad in the sense Geminis are spendsthrifts and Caps are very frugal...Geminis arent serious or stable enough for Caps.

SAGITTARIANS and SCORPIONS::
they both are naked in front of each other.. there is nothing to hide nor can they.. both know eachother inside out. They make great loyal friends and S.U.P.E.R lovers... since they both know very clearly that the other is not what they can live with... There is almost NEVER an issue of long term romantic relation. (You wont find them 'messing' with eachother,, no games between these two)


I can see them being great lovers, but on the rest I don't see them clicking AT ALL....maybe on loyalty and friendship...but still I don't see how the friendship could last to even get to a situation of showing loyalty....I do know Sag's are relentless in defending their loved ones though...

Hi Ocean, How are you— IF you are Scorpio with so much Sag in you then yes I can expect for you to have pretty tough skin, but to me like Archer said the Scorpio is moreso Naked in front of the Sag, so the sag is so perceptive to the scorps ways that the scorp cannot put on any pretenses. Honestly I'd credit your personality more to being a Sag than a Scorpio imo...

Ok...archer now that youve elaborated I can understand wher eyou are coming from and I agree for the most part but the Scorps and Sags I know do not get along at all, especially the 2 pair I know that are siblings (females Sag & Scorp) and (male Sag and Scorp). LOL I do find BOTH to be very loyal friends which I am BIG on, because I am adamant on loyalty. But because scorps are so secretive I do not trust them as much and I find them to be sneaky also...To me they are always scheming WHICH (let me clarify) is not always in a bad way at all. its just that I don't trust it personally...and it could be something that isnt at all malicious. I also don't like that Scorps are revengeful, I am not like that at all. It doesnt bother me enough to not befriend them (I feel I am honorable enough to not have any situation in which a person would need to seek revenge on me, lol has never happened) but it is a trait in them I just find less than endearing because I just (personally) feel it ruins karma and thats Gods job. But I feel you 🙂

actually they are scheming, revengeful and sneaky... on the safe distance of friendship it does not bother one on day to day basis...

THIS I TOOOTALLY agree with, of all the water signs I get along with Scorpio the most, I CANNOT take CAncers...the women I can take more than the men though....Pisces I get along with good two (on sensitivity topics) but I still like scorps most, despite their funny ways that make me question their integrity...

AGAIN TOOOTALLY AGREE, I love fire signs....you know its funny you say this because all the water signs I know have negative things to say about other water signs, and also the Air signs I know have negative things to say about other Air signs....Earth signs and Fire signs I think love the other signs in their element...I LOVE FIRE SIGNS (aries and sag) I can relate to them more than any other signs....water is too emotional and sensitive to me....earth too rigid/serious....I do like Air signs though....but then at times they can make me revert back to water signs because they lack depth at times that we fire signs need (ON OCCASION) lol not all the damn time...

Earth signs bore me. I respect them on many levels but they are boorringg. They need to LIIIIVE 🙂 all they do is worry and make money and worry about making money lol...we fire signs have goals and see them through but we have LOTS OF FUN in the process...(Don't hate me now but Sag I think is the fire sign with the least focus to COMPLETE an ambition/follow it through of us fire people) But then I feel you guys have the better vision/ideas of the 3 of us....weird...

Oh and I find I agree with the opinions of Libras ALOT...we seem to be here also >

LIBRA and CANCER

Libra will go from not being able to understand why every situation, every little speed bump has to be so emotionally loaded and in return Cancer will see this as insensitive and uncarring no matter how elequently it is communicated. What goes from not understanding turns into intollerance and a lower opinion of the other and cancers always feeling hurt by Libras snap out of it approach to problems makes Libra feel suffocated and Cancer feel emotionally misunderstood. Cancer will try to regain control with emotional manipulation and the normally empathetic Libra will be quite the opposite and a normally tactful and diplomatic sign will feel forced to resort to blunt honesty and as Cancer tries to latch on Libra will forcefully push them aside.

In a sense yes because they feel like air is in fear of the more heavy emotions in life and no matter what air says or does to convey that they do go to those depths but they do it on their own and with an objective in mind water feels like air "Just doesn't get it" or misreads it as putting up walls or being in fear of their own emotions. The simple truth is that air signs use emotions as a kind of signal board...if this than that sort of thing and our dealing with them is to be able to realize something that we were not clearly seeing before as our emotions got triggered. It is the water signs strong desire for the air sign to open up emotionally and become vulnerable that keeps the air sign from actually doing it. However air signs open up emotionally to other air signs rather smoothly. The opposite is true as far as respect goes as well though.

WATER gets along better with air than with fire.

Cancer and Scorpio surprisingly can go to opposite poles in ther relationship. In one scenario they can hit it off well. But in another the relationship can become overrun by hatred and disgust for eachother. Besides both signs wont confront but either they will totally let eachother alone or they will be pinching and stinging eachother for a while.

Taurus and Gemini wouldn't seem to get along well. They both are very different and a relationship between the two would need many adjustments. Taurus wont seem to keep up and Gemini wont be willing to slow down.

Libra and Scorpio surprisingly seem very harmonious. They may fight eachother often but the two seem to do well as a team.

Virgo and Aries do and dont get along. Depends. Either the relationship is deadly or its highly harmonious.

Hey Leodiva...great thread! I would like to say one thing about the Scorp sneakiness. Really, I think you are misreading us on that. I am speaking for myself here, but I suspect other scorps will agree, we have this unnerving ability to see into the future and can literally predict the way a situation will head just by analyzing the current situation. That "sneakiness" is most likely attributed to one of two things. 1)We know what's going to happen and decide not to do anything about it and sit back on the sidelines. You might see this as sneaky because perhaps you think we should be upfront about things, but really, if we do say something we feel we are being "controlling" which is a huge issue for Scorps. 2)The other "sneakiness" is that we--to steal from bling--facilitate the direction of the situation. Now I know I only do that for the best and NEVER to benefit myself and I only do it with people I really like, but it can come across as manipulation. Hope this makes sense.

The only people I have persistent trouble with is Libra/Gemini. Libra tends to be too superficial, and boring. They move only when 'the population moves' and as it turns out, they aren't as outgoing as they may display....it's just their subtle are of illusion, on top of that they aren't risk takers, and I'm always up for a risk. That's what life's about to me, a life that is scheduled, organized, and planned around people, and the need to 'impress' them who I don't even respect, or care for is useless to me. That's both Libra and Gemini. Gemini is more critical than Virgo!! I live with a Gemini Mother, and I have two gemini cousins. All are social climbers, materialistic, critical and supperficial, and sycophantic and aren't interested in TRUTH in general. No real friends, no real love, and that can leave you feeling deprived and empty. They don't 'connect' with people, they just are into whatever the rest of the worlds into at the time; basically these two together are both 'faddy' and lack individuality. That makes me overlook them, and feel that they are wastes of time. They are bores....libra is just mentally lazy, and conversationally manipulative as is Gemini. Basically Straightforward types had best side-step them becuase they will hair split every word in an argument EVEN IF YOU WE'RE HONEST AND DIRECT WITH THEM. Promise, you'll be ripping hairs out of your head before the end of the talk.


Scorpions are just hard in general to get along with, you can't be straight forward with them because they're too sensitive, and then they put on that martian front....it's annoying dealing with them becuase they're 'complex for complexities sake' just to be obsinate I think....They can never be wrong, and know everything, are selfish, and riddled with too many problems, and cause too much drama. Talk to them logically like they ask, they get mad you don't feel what they feel....go figure....annoying for no real reason.....then they get mad that you don't talk to them...whatever, I don't have the time/interest to deal with someone who dosen't yet have it figured out for themselves yet. They're as manipulative as Libra and Gemini in Conversation. Just talking to a Scorpion is like inspecting the number of tiles on a floor....useless, and not really worth the effort becuase it'll be there when you come back to it tomorrow.

detail annoys me, I'd rather get to the point of the conversation and end it. for better, or worse. water and wind is hard for me to get along with. I just like being myself, wrong or right. Why must a person be criticized for that? If memory serves, there's no 'big book for social dealings'....people who do this have nothing better to do, and a low self-esteem....what other reason could explain why a person derives such pleasure from analyzing a persons clothes, eyes, ect....other than to exalt yourself?.

I believe that any sign can get along with each other and even have a long lasting romantic relationship with each other.

To generalize based on your Horoscope sign alone, is naive.

They are very superficial to me, but I do not think libras are superficial, I only find geminis to be. And I also agree gems are very materialistic.

I am surprised though that you as a virgo do not find detail to be important. Most virgos I know attack detail and pick it apart, there is ALOT of virgo in my chart (about 4 planets) and my rising is virgo and I analyze EVVVVERRRYYYTHING. Thats the one thing you stated that I am surprised at. other than that I totally agree on your take on libras and geminis
