I'm a Scorpio and my cancer and I have reconnected after being apart for 10 years. We've been back together now for 1yr and things are great. We never lost feelings for each other. I love/adore him so very much. When I'm upset he's upset and always checking with me to see if I'm alright. He's so adorable. I'm hoping that this will be long term.

I'd say the answer is 'yes' if you parted ways and never truly lost sight of the other. Reconnected, stuck in for a year now. Why is this even a question? Enjoy your man, let him enjoy you. Be happy. As to the long term, that's up to you and he. Good old fashioned hard work, understanding and keeping lines of communication open on both sides. All the lovely common sense filled nuggets that stand up and shout "I love you, and I want to be here a very long time with you".
