1. You fall asleep under the shower. In water all returns, yes
1a. Your girlfriend finds you and thinks nothing of it, she being a Scorpio herself (Elly)

2. You need to watch serial killer stories, murder cases, crime night
2a. You order Forensic Astrology as a Christmas gift for yourself and wish yourself Merry Christmas (that would be me lol)

You are kindly invited to bring your contribution here πŸ™‚

A million times yes.

... You immerse yourself in water (ocean, pool, jacuzzi, bathtub, whatevs), and cannot prevent yourself from making groany orgasmic sounds that tend to mortify and/or alarm those within earshot ...
... You can spend hours "researching" anyone you are remotely interested in, for any reason (not necessarily romantically) β€” and their friends and relatives too, out of sheer cat-killing curiosity ...
... You hear a song you love and think, This needs to be played at my funeral ...
... You are fascinated with subculture ...

Your house burns down and as you watch it burn, you totally understand the meaning of it.
You feel thankful that the universe still thinks you worthy of learning the lessons
of purification. You see your attachments burning to ash. You close your eyes in gratitude.

That's way, way after the stalking part!! Not fair Equator, first we gotta go through the initial phases

AutumnalChick, you got 2 hits πŸ™‚)

You know you're a true Scorpio when stalking is a way to get knowledge in this world
A true Scorp always thinks of the dying part.

Are you sure you are not my twin, I am guilty of all of the above, especially the second one, the curiosity never seems to want to die and when it does die, it is instant...

Hahaha yes! When it *does* die, it is dead dead dead!

But not just on anyone that we may be remotely interested in, it could be a person we have not read about before, be it a politician, a scientist, to an artist and an actor/ess...anybody and any thing really that picks upon our curiosity. I believe Scorpios love to gather much information, at times rather randomly because we believe it may come in use in the future, and when we do use it, people are often rather surprised to find what we know πŸ™‚

Bingo!
Knowledge is absolute power, and it tends to come in handy a LOT, for instance knowing what to say or what *not* to say to a person in social situations, or if problems arise, or any other delicate situation.
There is no such thing as " too much information" πŸ˜‰

On the above note, I was reading a forum about internet dating (not on this site) and a guy said he always Googled/researched any woman he was seriously interested in meeting in person. You should have seen the flurry of angry responses he got by people calling him a stalker and a creep for doing that. I was shocked! If the information is out there, why would you willfully ignore it? Why do people think you owe it to a stranger to protect his or her privacy, don't you owe it to yourself to know who you are dealing with? Those reactions absolutely baffled me.

By the way, only one of the online dating sites (True.com?) screens for convicted felons and registered sex offenders. There was a famous case of a convicted rapist picking up his victims through Match.com. My friend has a profile on OK Cupid and was interested in a guy, after a cursory Google search she found out he was a convicted felon ... arson, breaking and entering, DUI. She sent 3 emails to OK Cupid telling them that they had a convicted felon as a member, including a link to the public records available online, but they never did anything, the guy's profile is still active.. Bottom line, you have to count on yourself to watch your own back because nobody else will. Thinking that researching someone before you meet them is creepy and wrong, is just plain stupid.

You should let that post visible Autumnal, it's an eye opening story πŸ™‚

When you love someone so much that you can't stalk them any more; what are you.

Haha, I figured since I started a separate thread about that topic, I should hide it and not jack this one. But, you being the OP, sure!

I met scorp online, and checked him out 6 ways from sunday. Luckily he is somewhat a public person, so it wasnt hard. Everythinghe said was legit. Though, he does have bad credit after few years of blowing off debts, traffic tickets etc. Nothing earth shattering, and over 10 yrs ago. Internet makes it easy to protect ourselves.

HAHAHA Yes to everything you said and the piece you quoted. I can't really think of anything to add at the moment.

...you played around with your butter (in both it's solid and liquid forms) as a child. Put it in jars and buried it, raced it in nearby creeks, stored it behind the couch, smeared it on walls, watched flies land on it.

"Fly's in the buttermilk, shoo fly, shoo..."

You can play the same song over & over again as if hearing it for the very first time...you make friends everywhere you go and in most cases hope they dont spot you in the crowd!

This happened EXACTLY to my Scorpio friend Chris! Kudos for being so right!

I am a Scorpio as well, and your reason mirrors mine: Scorpios are constantly undergoing continuous improvement.

I'm not a scorpio, but these are some of the things I've witnessed from my dad, scorpio friends and past bf's.

You know you're a scorpio when:

1. You fall asleep during a movie

2. You make some of the weirdest noises and impressions

3. You have trouble being serious for too long

4. You're always one step ahead of everyone (very strategic)

5. You enjoy jobs that involve persuading/manipulating people

Haha, wow! I wouldn't have thought of most of these being Scorpion traits but every one applies to me.
Tres observant, Ms Haps!
