Cancer guy is friendly in person, but...?

He ignores my texts! I work with a Cancer guy and when we are at work together(or hang out outside of working), he's extremely friendly. But I notice when I text him, he doesn't answer, or takes forever. Being a Leo, my pride was hurt, so I asked him if it was personal, because from what I hear, he doesn't have a problem texting anyone else. He never answered the text, but a couple days later as he was driving me home he brought up my text, and told me it wasn't personal at all. Then, a couple of days ago, we were texting and he decided to start an arguement with me over something small and after the argument was over he says "I'm saying all of this to get a reaction out of you 🙂" WTF!! Then I saw him the next day(which was yesterday) at work, and tried to outright ignore him, but he kept attempting to talk so I gave in. Now he's ignoring me again. I've asked him if he just doesn't like me, and he said that wasn't it..so what is it?? Who knows. Sometimes they ignore you if they are interested but want to see if you can refrain from being a crazy bitch if they need space. Other times they ignore you to see if you will stray when they're not paying attention to you. Could be any kind of test

Interesting, but it was a mutual agreement between us that we were just friends. I was only texting him as a friend...not sure why he would need to "test" me. :/

Who brought up this mutual agreement? That was probably a test too. lol jk. Are you strictly work place friends or do you hang out outside of work?

I actually don't remember who brought it up, honestly, lol. And yes, we've hung out outside of work many times, and he's friendly then too. I just don't understand the not-answering-texts thing. I think he knows it bugs me.
