Hm...I don't know about always. The guy I'm talking to hooked up with one or two girls over the past few months, and didn't speak to them again. One of them even posted on his FB wall, and he unfriended her, and deleted the post (he's very private and I think it embarrassed him).

For the most part yes, but we can be very shallow and I mean shallow....
