Cancers, which sign do you feel is your best match?
I can't say which is my best but I can tell you that the only two people I have ever fallen for were air signs.
Gemini and Libra.
earth and water signs
When other Cancer women tell me they fell in love with air sign men it always throws me off.
I'm always sitting there like "How?"

I've always read about how great it is with water and earth signs and I've never got that either. I wish I did cuz sounds way easier.
For some reason, I've never seen water signs as more than friends ...maybe we're too similar... idk

Don't ask me why Aquarius, just personal experience. Pisces are supposed to be an okay match, but I find them to be too flaky.
As for who I'm attracted to, pretty much any confident sign that also has a sensitive side. Scorpio have that dark and mysterious quality that I'm digging right now.
I am very much a cancer (male), and my longest relationship (7 years) was with a Scorprio. That ended in my 20s. The two signs in the past few years that have this unexplained effect on me were a Capricorn and a Taurus. Both of which are well known among the zodiac to be good pairs. HOWEVER, This is early on. Cancers are extremely attracted to those two earth signs, but eventually their walls they build around them tire the Cancer. It brings out determination in Cancers, but could also be misread as needy by the earth sign.
Scorpios can seem like that to a Cancer, but they quickly return to the Cancers warmth and embrace the love and physical pleasure. Some say a Cancer-Cancer can work, but I do not have much experience with summer birthday women.

Yup, me too with the air signs...I seem to have a lot Aqua friends and attract/am attracted to Gems. I dunno maybe it's all my fire as air feeds fire. @Rihanna22 what is your moon, Venus, mars?

It's an excellent pair. It takes some time to understand the Pisces way of expressing their problems, they want you to read between the lines a bit. I usually get around the problem by asking them what is affecting them and let it all come out.
It's also a superb sexual pairing.

I rarely meet them.
Never dated one. Which to me is strange.
I have met and dated a few Scorpios with no effort.
The same with Taurus.
Taurus is the easiest to connect with.
Yeah even Cancer guys tend to have a sure match but every Cancer woman I come cross is all over the map whether I know them personally or just celebs.
I see no patterns and the guys we're supposed to like the best seem to be the ones we like the least or come across rarely.

Your description of earth signs reads more cat lady astrology, as some here would put it, but the water signs description is more realistic.
Sag, Cancer and a 3 way tie between Gemini, Virgo & Leo.
Taurus women are nice but all the ones I've encountered talk waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much.
Sag spontaneity is always appreciated. Those women have a way of getting me to get out of my comfort zone without prodding or poking.
Cancers are my ideal match in a perfect world but I'm yet to hit the game winner. I keep running into crab ladies with too much baggage.
Geminis are like being in a relationship with two women. It only works when I like both twins.
Virgos are so regal and classy. Neat freaks who are meat freaks! The dichotomy was a shocker but welcomed all the same.
Leo women are powerful and that brings out the beast in me. They make me get mannish and that's always fun. Only problem is they usually have the endurance of Power Rangers and some days I just wanna sit down and be lazy but they don't have a pause button.

Leo women are attractive but they get very bossy and too high strung for me. I find there will be some difference in viewpoint and that is when they dig in and you have to be very careful, walking on egg shells or they will pick a fight out of hurt pride.

my moon is in Virgo, and your absolutely right!
I've always been very drawn to Geminis (2 of my ex's were Geminis), but my moon is in Gemini so that could be the reason. Also the biggest love of my life was an Aquarius, so I guess Air signs are for me!
I find other water signs, especially Cancer men and Pisces men too effeminate / emotional for me, I am already emotional - don't need a man like that!
Right now I'm crushing on a Capricorn, and I am intrigued how this works out.....

Being a Cancer/Leo cusp I've found that Scorpio Males are amazing to get along with.
I dated a Gemini and it was a really cozy relationship, he taught me a lot but when it came with dealing with our "problems" we never actually had great communication.
Taurus, there is an instant connection. They are amazing people but I've never had the chance to date one.
Currently I'm with a Libra and he is absolutely amazing. We have had our problems but since I've matured a lot with understanding how I function and the best way for me to deal with problems, we sort things out and talk things through rather quickly. He brings out more of my Leo traits >

Yup and I don't think it's working very well. This happens to me from time to time with Earth women. Starts off all great and then nothing serious comes out of it.

For stability an earth sign
Taurus - their earthy, fixed nature compliments the cancer watery, cardinal ways. Plus, we both adore food!
Leo - they love the spotlight and cancers tend to shy away, so they help us come out our shells. Plus, they're so romantic, which cancers crave!
Scorpio- we're both water signs so they can pretty much read us! They understand us and give us the security we need!

All my crushes and lovers were air and leos. Yes pisces taurus we get along virgo etc but none has yet to sway me and light me up. Ig difference between getting along well vs someone u want to marry and just crazy about. For me it has yet to be an earth or water sign...
