Talking to a cancer guy, i am a Capricorn and we are supposedly opposite signs, opposite attract or so they say. my problem is sometimes hi ignores my existence and the other times he is attentive, basically he is there when i don't want him and never there when i do my question is tell him how i feel or leave it cause he can be kinda sensitive and i don't wanna hurt his feelings
