Cancer woman/Virgo male - problems even to start

I read it in one astro book: the widespread problem between both these signs is that they sometimes can not get commit love relation because no one does the first move. Mostly because of shyness and fair of rejection. So all possible catharsis love match vanish away. Do you agree? Cancers, please share your opinion: HOW did u started relationship with your Virguys? Curious.... Because I can't see a way. I think always a man should make the first move.

I dated a virgo guy on and off for a few years. we had known each other for years and neither one of us ever made a move. We hang out but if alone be real shy around each other. I think he was probs more shy than I was cos I finally just kissed him one day. Mind you that was like 6 years after knowing each other! It didn't last but we are still friends. Our feelings seem to run hot and cold for each other, better as friends.
