Me and my sister have never been the sort of sisters that get involved too much in eachothers buissness. However my sister recently left home and is renting her own place. I am over the moon for her because she hasnt had the easiest time of it as she suffers from clinical depression and she hasnt let it hold her back . Her house is starting to look more and more like a home and her schooling is going well and she is at the top of her classes ect and as her big sister that is all i have ever wanted for her. The last few week though, I have noticed little things that are setting off alarms. She has fallen out with my mother and put on some weight ((which i wouldnt normally worry about woth people but my sister is very strict with her weight normally)) and she has started drinking a lot more than normal. I know my baby sister is depressed. I can see it and it is very upsetting to watch. I want to reach out to her and let her know i am here for her and that i love her but i dont know how to approch the situation. Some advice eould be appreciated.

If she's clinically depressed and taking RX; just think and ask yourself, "Is she skipping/weaning" her RX? Sometimes a woman will think she can do it without taking her RX. The RX has her lose weight. Also, remember that you cannot take alcohol w/the RX and she wants to drink.

Also, I know family is family, and she has to stay away from "negative" people. She needs to hang out with positive people; like yourself.

Talk to her and well, ask her if she's taking her RX.

🤗 cyber hugs!

Love,
