Do Cancerians believe in fate?
Let's see... about 1/12 of the world's population are Cancers--more than 1/12, actually, since there is an uptick in birth rates around the summer. I'd venture to say that 1/12 of the world's population won't all agree on whether or not fate is real. In other words, this question isn't a good one.
