The one person that I can site that has this special affinity with the night and darkness is Cancer novelist Dean Koontz quite a lot of his literature delves in realms of night scapes. his latest novel a third Odd Thomas sequel is out kinda pricey to pick up at the supermarket and its a long wait once put on hold at your local public library. Me personally I like both the night and the day, I prefer a hot warm bright sun like how it is here in Atlanta in summer, in the winter season we have all that harsh bright sunlight without much warmth don't care for that much and I enjoy the dark mysterious night too.
