Leadership and Crabs :D

cancer is a cardinal sign which means this sign is a natural leader 😄 yet when I read about our sign it mostly talks about our ability to nurture or mood/emotions I don't really feel like our typical descriptions go into detail like it would be with say like an aries ??

Here we go again...

There is no first, second, third and so on "best" leader. I really dislike that kind of competitions between signs, just as it sounds silly to me, when someone says: this is the strongest sign, this is the weakest and so on, you know what I mean. Each sign has it's strengths and weaknesses, but they are all balanced in the zodiac circle. That's how universe works. No sign is given priority over any other in the matter of being dominant in general.

Cardinal influence in chart have more strength than fixed and mutable to lead the way. It comes more naturaly to us, but other two qualities have their strengths that we lack, so we balance each other.

Between cardinals there is also no better or worst leader.

Aries leads with force, enthusiasm

Cancer with emotions, nurture

Libra with ideas and logic

Capricorn with ambition, practicality

It all depends on situation which one of them will lead better. If I'm in a crowded concert hall with a group of friends and we all need to take a piss on the other side of hall, let the Aries lead the way thru crowd to there. With in the shortest time he will gladly ensure a highway of space to go thru, no problems or compromises with the stock on the way. From brute action. Libra would talk to much and try to explain that we all need to take a piss, I myself as cancer would slide cautiously between people making a chain of friends holding hands in a moving sliding line, cap would...idk, I guess he would trade his way thru lol.

When someone suddenly falls on the ground in a square full of people my instinct is triggered, I naturally, instantly jump to help him. I'll lead the help. Not even my choice, but instant subconscious emotional reaction. Libra freezes and thinks, Aries sees nothing interesting, cap sees no gain. They will help, but I'll be the first there, cause I reacted first. From emotions.

Emotional breakdown? I'll lead you thru and emotionally support you long after everybody else have given up.

Need a work team to disciplinary finish a project because deadline is really close and a shit ton of money and reputation will be lost if it is not done. Cap is the man to lead this thru. No joking around with him, the job will be surely done on time. From ambition.

Logical riddles, mediations between sides... pls libra, take it instead of me lol. From intellectual and harmony stimuli.

In general I'm hard to lead, I have my own way. But I'm flexible if someone can do better than me and I recognise him as capable of that. Or if the matter that needs to be lead is in no interest of mine.

I prefer to be more in the background and lead subtly. But if the shit goes down... I will not hesitate not for a moment, to take the lead and try to save it with my methods and under my terms. No compromises then. Critical situations are the one i thrive in.

One of my best friends is a cancer and she is definitely a leader. At work at home and in everything she does. She loves organizing and taking charge of any situation. I am like... ok... you do it. 😁

A nurturer is a leader. Who is there to nurture the nurturer?

Cancer chicks are usually the mom friends. A cancer guy amongst a group (especially a group of women) have the last say-so or fathering the place or looking after friends. Think about Jersey Shore with The Situation and Pauly D.. Two crab guys. They pretty much trademarked the house/the show..Cancers are the first to speak up when something's not a good idea. Cancers also come up with plans, believe it or not.. Or they are what "makes" the partyin a way.

I play submissive in so many situations to get what I want ...and then flip the script 😏 I wonder if this is a strategic tactic amoung cancers

we usually pretty well like compassionate leaders ..but we don't waste a lot of time proclaiming that we are in charge or we should be the leader ...we just start doing the work and the leadership role is thrust upon us ..at least thats how it happens for me
